■Salty sweet chicken breast Bento
【Ingredients】
1 chicken breast
3 Shiitaké mushrooms
A: 50 cc soy sauce
50 cc Mirin/sweetening made of Japanese sake
50 cc water
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon Japanese sake
1 clove garlic, crushed
【Directions】
1.Skin the chicken breast. Keep the skin.
2.Apply decorative carving on Shiitaké mushrooms.
3.Put A in a pan, and bring to boil. Add the chicken breast, skin & 2 in the pan, and cook for 4 minutes over medium het. Turn the chicken over, and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.
4.Take out the Shiitaké mushrooms. Let the chicken cool down in the pan.
5.Cut the chicken & the skin.
【Garnish】
Beni-shoga/pickled ginger
Tsubozuke/pickled Japanese radish

【材料】
鶏胸肉…1枚、椎茸…3個、A(醤油、みりん、水…各50cc、砂糖…大さじ1/2、酒…大さじ1/2、潰しにんにく…1片)
【作り方】
1.胸肉の皮を剥がす
2.椎茸は飾り切りをする
3.鍋にAを入れ沸騰したら1の鶏肉と皮、2を入れて4分、裏返して2分中火で煮る
4.椎茸を取り出し鶏肉はそのままで粗熱をとる
5.鶏肉、皮を切る
【付け合わせ】
紅生姜、つぼずけ
