■Espuma
【Ingredients】
45 ml sake
30 ml gelatin dissolved in apple juice
15 ml orange liqueur
10 ml yogurt liqueur

【Directions】
Pour all ingredients into the espuma, then chill.

■Mousse on the beach
【Ingredients】
50 ml sake
50 ml peach juice
blue curacao syrup
espuma

【Directions】
1. Pour the ice into the glass and pour sake, peach juice, syrup. and lightly stir.
2. Add espuma.
　

■エスプーマ
【材料】
日本酒…45ml
アップルジュース（ゼラチン入り）…30ml
オレンジリキュール…15ml
ヨーグルトリキュール…10ml

【作り方】
エスプーマにアップルジュース、オレンジリキュール、ヨーグルトリキュール、日本酒を入れ、冷蔵庫で冷やす。

■ムース・オン・ザ・ピーチ
【材料】
基酒（五橋／山口）…50ml
ピーチネクター…50ml
ブルー・キュラソウ・シロップ…適量
エスプーマ…適量

【作り方】
1.グラスに氷を入れ、基酒、ピーチネクター、シロップを入れ、軽くステアする。
2.エスプーマを加える。
