■Mackerel with curry flavor
【Ingredients】
1/2 mackerel
Salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
15 g butter
1 clove garlic/crushed
【Direction】
1、Sprinkle the salt over the mackerel, leave for 15 minutes, and wipe off the excess liquid with a paper towel.
2、Combine the flour & curry powder in a plastic bag. Put 1 in it and shake well to coat the fish.
3、Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic, and heat till aroma comes out.
4、Place the mackerel in the frying pan, and pan-fry till golden brown.

【材料】
鯖…半身分、塩…適量、小麦粉…大さじ2、カレー粉…大さじ1、バター…15g、にんにく(潰す)…1片
【材料】
鯖…半身分、塩…適量、小麦粉…大さじ2、カレー粉…大さじ1、バター…15g、にんにく(潰す)…1片
【作り方】
1、鯖に塩を振り15分置き、キッチンペパーで余分な水分を拭く
2、ビニール袋に小麦粉、カレー粉を入れ混ぜ、1を入れて振りながらまぶす
3、フライパンにバターを溶かし、ニンニクを入れて香りを出す
4、2の鯖を入れ、両面こんがりと焼く
