<Eggplant Thai style Bento>
■Eggplant Thai style
【Ingredients】
2 eggplants
1 Japanese leek
1 chicken fillet
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Salt & pepper
A : 1/2 teaspoon Japanese sake
Salt
B : 1/2 tablespoon Nam Pla / Thai fish sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt
Garlic
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
【Direction】
1. Wrap each eggplant by a cling wrap, and microwave for 3 – 4 minutes.
2. Tear 1 into pieces.
3. Place the chicken fillet & A in a heat resistant bowl, cover loosely with a cling wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes. Once it’s done, let it cool down.
4. Tear 3 into pieces.
5. Cut the Japanese leek.
6. Place the Japanese leek in a heat resistant bowl, salt & pepper to taste, cover loosely with a cling wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes.
7. Combine 2, 4, 6 and B in a bowl.

4. Tear 3 into pieces.
5. Cut the Japanese leek.
6. Place the Japanese leek in a heat resistant bowl, salt & pepper to taste, cover loosely with a cling wrap, and microwave for 1.5 minutes.
7. Combine 2, 4, 6 and B in a bowl.

<なすとネギのタイ風味弁当>
■なすとネギのタイ風味
【材料】
なす…2個、ネギ…1本、ササミ…1本
サラダ油…小さじ1、塩こしょう…適量
A ( 酒…小さじ1/2、塩…少々
B ( ナンプラー…大さじ1/2、レモン汁…大さじ1、砂糖…小さじ1、塩…少々、にんにく…少々、一味…小さじ1/2)
【作り方】
1. なすを一つずつラップで包み3〜4分ずつレンジにかける
2. なすをさく
3. 耐熱容器に筋を取ったササミとAを入れて、フワッとラップをしてレンジで2分。そのまま冷ます
4. 粗熱が取れた3を手でさく
5. ネギを切る
6. 耐熱容器にネギを入れ、塩こしょうをし、軽くラップをしてレンジで1分30秒
7. ボウルに2、4、6とBを入れて和える
